Rise & Thrive Education Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering young people through real-world, project-based learning experiences. We partner with schools, community organizations, and local businesses to provide hands-on opportunities that build academic skills, professional readiness, and personal growth.

Our flagship program, Rise & Thrive Refreshments at Houghton’s Pond, offers students a unique summer experience where they learn to run a small business, explore entrepreneurship, and gain confidence through meaningful work in a supportive environment.

At Rise & Thrive, we believe that when students are given the opportunity to pursue their passions and are supported by caring, trusted adults, they rise to the challenge, thrive in their development, and become agents of positive change in their communities.
