Rise & Thrive Education Inc. is proud to participate in a collaborative effort with the Milton Community Preservation Committee (CPC), Department of Conservation & Recreation (DCR), YouthBuild Boston, and the Milton Early Childhood Alliance to breathe new life into the historic Refreshment Pavilion at Houghton’s Pond.
